भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 8 के अनुसार, पुलिंग वाचक शब्द जहां प्रयोग किए गए हैं, वे हर व्यक्ति के बारे में लागू हैं, चाहे नर हो या नारी ।


Section 8 of IPC 1860:-  Gender

The pronoun “he” and its derivatives are used of any person, whether male or female.
