धारा 5 का विवरण - कुछ विधियों पर इस अधिनियम द्वारा प्रभाव न डाला जाना

भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 5 के अनुसार, इस अधिनियम में की कोई बात भारत सरकार की सेवा के अधिकारियों, सैनिकों, नौसैनिकों या वायु सैनिकों द्वारा विद्रोह और परित्याग को दण्डित करने वाले किसी अधिनियम के उपबन्धों, या किसी विशेष या स्थानीय विधि के उपबन्धों, पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी।


Section 5 Indian Penal Code 1860:- Certain laws not to be affected by this Act

Nothing in this Act shall affect the provisions of any Act for punishing mutiny and desertion of officers, soldiers, sailors or airmen in the service of the Government of India or the provision of any special or local law.
