Section 150 of IPC 1860:- Hiring, or conniving at hiring, of persons to join unlawful assembly -

Whoever hires or engages or employs, or promotes, or connives at the hiring, engagement or employment of any person to join or become a member of any unlawful assembly, shall be punishable as a member of such unlawful assembly, and for any offence which may be committed by any such person as a member of such unlawful assembly in pursuance of such hiring, engagement or employment, in the same manner as if he had been a member of such unlawful assembly, or himself had committed such offence.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 150 का विवरण - विधिविरुद्ध जमाव में सम्मिलित करने के लिए व्यक्तियों का भाड़े पर लेना या भाड़े पर लेने के प्रति मौनानुकूलता -

जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति को किसी विधिविरुद्ध जमाव में सम्मिलित होने या उसका सदस्य बनने के लिए भाड़े पर लेगा या वचनबद्ध या नियोजित करेगा या भाड़े पर लिए जाने का वचनबद्ध या नियोजित करने का संप्रवर्तन करेगा या उसके प्रति मौनानुकूल बना रहेगा, वह ऐसे विधिविरुद्ध जमाव के सदस्य के रूप में, और किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा ऐसे विधिविरुद्ध जमाव के सदस्य के नाते ऐसे भाड़े पर लेने, वचनबद्ध या नियोजन के अनुसरण में किए गए किसी भी अपराध के लिए उसी प्रकार दण्डनीय होगा, मानो वह ऐसे विधिविरुद्ध जमाव का सदस्य रहा था या ऐसा अपराध उसने स्वयं किया था।
