Constitution (100th Amendment) Act 2015 / THE CONSTITUTION ( ONE HUNDREDTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

This Amendment of First Schedule to Constitution on 1 August 2015 to exchange of certain enclave territories with Bangladesh and conferment of citizenship rights to residents of enclaves consequent to signing of Land Boundary Agreement (LBA) Treaty between India and Bangladesh.
