Article 373 in The Indian Constitution

Power of President to make order in respect of persons under preventive detention in certain cases Until provision is made by Parliament under clause ( 7 ) of Article 22, or until the expiration of one year from the commencement of this Constitution, whichever is earlier, the said article shall have effect as if for any reference to Parliament in clauses ( 4 ) and ( 7 ) thereof there were substituted a reference to the Parliament in those clauses there were substituted a reference to an order made by the President

भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 373 kya hai?

Article 373 of Indian Constitution in Hindi - भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 373 का विवरण - निवारक निरोध में रखे गए व्यक्तियों के संबंध में कुछ दशाओं में आदेश करने की राष्ट्रपति की शक्ति –

जब तक अनुच्छेद 22 के खंड (7) के अधीन संसद् उपबंध नहीं करती है या जब तक इस संविधान के प्रारंभ से एक वर्ष समाप्त नहीं हो जाता है, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, तब तक उक्त अनुच्छेद ऐसे प्रभावी होगा मानो उसके खंड (4) और खंड (7) में संसद् के प्रति किसी निर्देश के स्थान पर राष्ट्रपति के प्रति निर्देश और उन खंडों में संसद् द्वारा बनाई गई विधि के प्रति निर्देश के स्थान पर राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किए गए आदेश के प्रति निर्देश रख दिया गया हो।
