Article 30 in The Indian Constitution

Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions
(1) All minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice
(1A) In making any law providing for the compulsory acquisition of any property of an educational institution established and administered by a minority, referred to in clause ( 1 ), the State shall ensure that the amount fixed by or determined under such law for the acquisition of such property is such as would not restrict or abrogate the right guaranteed under that clause
(2) The state shall not, in granting aid to educational institutions, discriminate against any educational institution on the ground that it is under the management of a minority, whether based on religion or language

Article 30 in Hindi - भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 30 का विवरण -  शिक्षा संस्थाओं की स्थापना और प्रशासन करने का अल्पसंख्यक-वर्गों का अधिकार

(1) धर्म या भाषा पर आधारित सभी अल्पसंख्यक-वर्र्गों को अपनी रुचि की शिक्षा संस्थाओं की स्थापना और प्रशासन का अधिकार होगा।
[(1क) खंड (1) में निर्दिष्ट किसी अल्पसंख्यक-वर्ग द्वारा स्थापित और प्रशासित शिक्षा संस्था की संपत्ति के अनिवार्य अर्जन के लिए उपबंध करने वाली विधि बनाते समय, राज्य यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि ऐसी संपत्ति के अर्जन के लिए ऐसी विधि द्वारा नियत या उसके अधीन अवधारित रकम इतनी हो कि उस खंड के अधीन प्रत्याभूत अधिकार निर्बन्धित या निराकृत न हो जाए।]
(2) शिक्षा संस्थाओं को सहायता देने में राज्य किसी शिक्षा संस्था के विरुद्ध इस आधार पर विभेद नहीं करेगा कि वह धर्म या भाषा पर आधारित किसी अल्पसंख्यक-वर्ग के प्रबंध में है।
